People always tend to think that there’s nothing to do in Tucson. Well, think again. Fall Break for us is from the 6th of October to the 15th and here are some things you can do:

  1. Pick out pumpkins with friends at the Marana Pumpkin patch which is Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 7pm and Saturday through Sunday from 9 am to 7pm.
  2. Embark on ‘Terror of the Corn’ which is a corn maze that is open every Friday and Saturday in October. Open on Fridays from 6pm to midnight and on Saturdays from 5pm to midnight!
  3. If you can handle scary things you can try going to the Slaughter House! Which is open Thursdays-Sundays from 7pm to 10pm.
  4. If you don’t handle the scare you could go to Nightfall, which is a little less spooky then the Slaughter House. Its open from 10am to 6pm except for Fridays and Saturdays when it’s open from 10am to midnight.
  5. Take a stroll through downtown Tucson now that its cooled down a bit and visit the local stores they have.
  6. You could swing by to ‘Tucson Meet yourself’, which is a celebration of diversity where you get to know new things about your heritage from October 13-15 on Friday and Saturday is from 11am to 10pm and on Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

To think this is just some of the things you can do. Tucson is only boring if you make it boring. If you take in interest and look this place could be pretty interesting. Are you ready for this long needed break, because I definitely am.
