A Story Thats Blowing Up the News

On Wednesday October 24th the nation was shocked by suspicious packages sent to many well known people who have reportedly criticized President Trump. A total of 12 suspicious packages were discovered, none of which detonated, and no one was harmed. The bombs contained a return address for congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s, but all of which were spelled wrong.  The majority of the bombs where sent to  the eastern parts of the United States and one in Los Angeles CA with a list of names varied from some famous actors, such as Robert De Niro and our previous president Barack Obama. CNN News posted a full list of all package recipients:

Democratic US Rep. Maxine Waters
John Brennan
Former Vice President Joe Biden
Democratic US Sen. Cory Booker
Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper
Democratic US Sen. Kamala Harris
Democratic donor Tom Steyer
On the following Friday, a Florida man named, Cesar Sayoc, age 56,  was arrested as a prime suspect in the investigation, just outside of an auto parts store.  According to evidence seen by USA today, “Sayoc began planning the attacks as early as mid-July while he was living in the Miami area in his white van, which is covered with images of Trump and posters critical of top Democrats and the media. “The morning of November 2nd, a judge ruled for him to be transferred to New York to determine the situation and his conviction.”
