Apple Resolves iPhone 14 Bugs with IOS Update

Natalie Valdez Martinez, Reporter

Last week, many users who recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro or an iPhone 14 Pro Max were made aware of a strange bug having to do with their iPhone camera. The iPhone 14 users have stated that their camera reportedly shakes while third-party apps are in use. Some of the apps included are Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Along with the camera shakes, it has been said they also hear an odd noise from the phone while using it. The cause of this problem was never announced by Apple, but it was just assumed as an issue with the software by the iPhone users. There was never said to be something wrong with the technology itself because the issue is being fixed with an update.

Recently, Apple released IOS 16, a very big software update for iPhones. Shortly after this, they released a statement saying they would be coming out with another update that would address and fix the numerous bugs.  Rather than just IOS 16.0.2 just fixing the camera shakes and strange noises, the update will also help resolve a VoiceOver issue on older devices. Along with this, Apple said there were reports of an excessive amount of pop-up ads from apps questioning if it had permission to go through the clipboard for data. We were made aware that Apple had no idea of this issue and that they would soon resolve it.

The IOS 16.0.2 update came out last Thursday afternoon and is available in your Apple settings under software updates. After you download this update the problems should be fixed, if not, contact Apple Support.
