The former US President announced among many supporters that he will run for President again in the 2024 election. This announcement could not have come at a more vulnerable time. As we all know, the recent elections did not turn out in favor of the Republicans as expected.  In Trump’s announcement, he states that he feels the world did not see the true glory of what our nation can be and that he will put Americans first again.

The announcement was expected to take place among those new election winners that had risen to stardom during Trump’s presidency, but instead, most of those candidates lost to Democratic parties. Trump still stands a fair chance with the GOP base, but there are many appalled by his actions during his presidency and will fight hard to win their own campaigns.

For some, it’s hard to believe he’d run again despite several ongoing criminal investigations that could potentially lead to imprisonment. The most terrifying investigation is of the attack on the White House and his attempt to overturn the decision of the new presidency when Biden was sworn in. Those close to Trump share that he has been eager to return. For years Trump has come out on top among fellow Republican candidates, so let’s see what the 2024 election has in store for America. Regardless of who wins, we all hope to “Make America Great Again!”
