Sierra Blaser, Editor
Sierra is a Senior here at Sahuaro and this is her first year in The Paper Cut. She was born and raised in Oxnard, CA and moved to Tucson in June of 2020. She enjoys thrift shopping, finding new music to listen to, and scrolling through Pinterest for outfit inspo. She hopes to study abroad during her time at college and major in political science, history, or journalism. She loves volunteering and getting involved in her community. She phone banked for different politicians during the national election and has since gotten involved with local environmentalist groups. She's also an ambassador for a non-profit called Letters for Rose, an organization dedicated to reducing loneliness among senior citizens by distributing personalized letters and art to local nursing homes. When she's not out and about, Sierra enjoys spending quiet days reading and meditating. As you get to know her, you will come to find Sierra is a kind and caring person trying to see all that life has to offer.
