Every year people wait anxiously to see what Apple will unveil at their annual conference. At last year’s conference, Apple introduced the iPhone 7 and a collection of other new products. This year has certainly topped all of the previous conferences with the announcement of two brand new iPhone’s along with a new Apple watch.

iPhone X (Left) and iPhone 8 (Right)

The most anticipated products of the year were the iPhones. This year was special, with the launch of the iPhone 8 and the iPhone X. The iPhone 8 is very similar to its predecessor the iPhone 7. This left people to overlook the iPhone 8 and gain interest in the iPhone X which is drastically different. The iPhone X is the most expensive iPhone yet, with a retail price of $999. Even though the iPhone X carries a hefty price tag doesn’t mean you should overlook it, the new phone has wireless charging, an edge to edge screen (which means that the beloved home button is now gone), and many more new exciting features. The iPhone 8 will be released on September 22 and the iPhone X will be released November 3.

Apple Watch Series 3

The Apple Watch series 3 was also announced, with a list of new features. The most appealing feature is being able to text, call and stream music, all without your phone. The Apple Watch series 3 is being marketed as the ultimate sports watch, with a new built in work out app, GPS and altimeter, as well as being waterproof, letting you take it wherever you want. The series 3 Apple Watch has a release date of September 22.

Lastly Apple announced an update to their iOS systems on the iPhone and the Apple Watch. iPhone’s and iPads will receive iOS 11. In iOS 11, more features will be added to make your iPhone and iPad better than ever before. Apple is adding more ways to help personalize your experience when using your iPhone or iPad. A new feature which will allow you to customize the control center to better fit what you want to see is also being released. A new list of filters for the camera, as well as a redesigned App Store, are just some of the new features that will launch with iOS 11. Both iOS 11 for iPhone, iPad, and the Apple Watch will be available September 19.
