Not only did we celebrate a leap year on February 29, but we also celebrated the release of Bad Bunny’s new album, “YHLQMDLG” which stands for “Yo Hago Lo Que Me Da La Gana” or ” I Do What I Want”. Bad Bunny’s career began in 2016 when he was an “independent artist” on sound cloud. His hit songs “Diles” not only caught the attention of thousands, but also got him his first record label, Hear This Music, which helped him release more music and rise to fame.

The album consists of 20 songs, including “Vete” and “Ignorantes” (songs released before the album drop). The rest of his album includes “Si Veo A Tu Mama“, “La Dificil“, “Pero ya no“, “La Santa“, “Yo Perreo Sola“, “Bichiyal“, “Solia“, ‘La Zona‘, “Que Malo“, “A Tu Merced”, “Una Ves”, “Safaera”, ” 25/8″, “Esta Cabron Ser Yo”, “Puesto Pa’ Guerrial”, “P FKN RF”, “Hablamos Manana“, and “<3”, YHLQMDLG will likely land the biggest streaming week ever for a Latin album, surpassing the record set by Ozuna’s Aura, which bowed with 53.2 million on-demand audio streams, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. Beating his own two previous albums (Oasis, and x100 PRE).

Many speculate the Bunny’s girlfriend, Gabriella, is pregnant. In his last song “<3″  he says he’s getting ready to retire in 9 months. Why such a specific date Bad Bunny? Either way “YHLQMDLG” is an iconic album that will go down in history and be an inspiration to many future Latin artists.
