  • Located in Tucson, Mount Lemmon is such an amazing trip. There are 39 different hiking trails, the drive is gorgeous, and it’s a great escape from the heat in the summertime., and an amazing excuse to see snow in the winter. I’ve been camping up there several times, and the sites are amazing. It’s definitely worth a trip.

  • Located in Tucson, 7 Falls is such a fantastic hike. On average it takes me 3 hours to hike there, and another 3 to get back. It’s really only worth the time if you go after it rains though. You must cross the river about 7 times before reaching your destination, but it’s worth it! The last two times I’ve gone there’s been enough water to dive right into the water from various rocks.

  • Flagstaff is just such a beautiful place. It’s a great escape from the desert. They get so much snow in the winter and have trees absolutely everywhere. On top of that, there are some pretty amazing colleges located nearby!

  • Located in Northern Arizona, the Grand Canyon is an amazing sight, and something people travel thousands of miles just to see it. There are several hikes throughout the canyons, and it’s an amazing trip to take with friends and family. It’s definitely worth the price!

  • Located in Northeastern Arizona, the Petrified Forest is absolutely gorgeous. It’s definitely a longer car ride, but what you’ll see when you visit is well worth it.

  • Located on the Havasupai Indian Reservation, Havasu Falls is such a beautiful slight. The water is clean and taken care of, and the waterfalls are to die for. Imagine being out on a hot day and making this a pit stop. It really is a breathtaking view.

  • Located in Marana, Hoover Dam is just a nice spot to sit and think. I’ve been there a few times, and it really is a pretty view. Sometimes crowded, but well worth the drive!

  • Located about 15 miles northeast of Flagstaff, Sunset Crater is a breathtaking view. You get to see a volcano! That’s absolutely amazing, and is well worth the trip. It can be crowded, but it is so worth it. It’s definitely a once in a lifetime view.

  • Monument Valley is just something everyone should see. It is a little bit far from everything, but going here and seeing how gorgeous the Earth can be truly is an amazing feeling.

  • Located in the town of Page, Horseshoe Bend is gorgeous. Swimming here on a hot summer day would be absolutely amazing. And with the scenery around it, sunsets here would be absolutely stunning.
