Caramel Chocolate Turkey Legs

Start off by softening the caramels in the microwave on high for 10-15 minutes.  Precede by taking two caramel cubes and forming them around one end of a braided pretzel to resemble a turkey leg. Finish off by dipping the caramel covered piece into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Let your turkey legs set on a wax paper.

(Can keep up to two weeks in an airtight container)

Ingredients (to make 20 turkey legs):

  • 40 Caramels
  • 20 honey wheat braided pretzel sticks
  • 3 ounces milk chocolate (melted)

 

Acorn Treats

To create this treat first start by putting 48 chocolate chips aside and melting the rest of the semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave and stirring until smooth. Now on the flat side of each chocolate kiss, spread a small amount of the melted chocolate following with the immediate attachment of the nutter butter. Top off this corny treat with a reversed chocolate chip secured on the acorn to create the stem. Let set on waxed or parchment paper and then ENJOY!!!! (Keep stored in an airtight container)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 48 milk chocolate kisses
  • 48 nutter butter bites

 

 

Fall Rice Leaves

For every color of fall leaves you would like to make you will need 3 tablespoons of butter, 3 cups of marshmallows and 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. Melt the butter in a large pan on medium heat, add marshmallows and stir until melted. After the marshmallow mixture is completely melted, add the color you would like that mixture to be, before adding the Rice Krispie cereal. Once the mixture is to the color you would like and has cooled enough for you to handle, fill your leaf cutter and press the fall leaf out. Repeat until you have made all the colored fall leaves you wanted. Let your leaves cool on a parchment paper and then ENJOYYY!!:)

Ingredients:

  •  Butter
  • Rice Krispies Cereal
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Food coloring  (fall colors, as many as you want)
  • Leaf cookie cutter

 

Colossal Caramel Apple Trifle

Using two 9 inched greased round baking pans, bake the cake as directed. Let cool for ten minutes before removing to let cool on a wire rack completely. Continue by whisking milk, pudding mixes and apple pie spice in a large pool for two minutes or until soft. Now it’s time to create the whole image, start by fitting a layer cake evenly (cut if need be) into an 8-qt punch bowl. Poke holes into the cake with a long wooden skewer, then gradually pour a third of the caramel topping over the cake, top off with 1/2 cup of pecans and spread with half of the pudding mixture. Spoon one can of pie filling over pudding spread with one carton of whipped topping. To finish this colossal trifle top with the remaining cake and repeat layers, drizzle with remaining caramel topping and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Refrigerate until you are ready to dive into your beautiful colossal caramel apple trifle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
  • 6 cups cold milk
  • 3 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 jar (12-1/4 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 2 cans (21 ounces each) apple pie filling
  • 2 cartons (16 ounces each) frozen whipped topping (thawed)

 

 

Oreo Turkeys

Using a microwave safe bowl mix the white chocolate chip, coconut oil and a few drops of red food coloring, then heat for about 30 second until melted. After melted transfer to a zip-loc bag or a pastry bag and snip a small hole on the end. Now it’e time to put your turkey together, start by dotting the back of each eye candy with the melted chocolate and place on the Oreo. Take a butterscotch chip and dot the flat side and then apply to the Oreo to create the beak. Almost done, now just pipe a red line beside the beak to create a gobbler. Time to top off your turkey with it’s feathers! Stuff the candy corn with the point side down into the filling of the Oreo. Turrific turkey making, now gobble up!

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Red food coloring
  • 40 candy eyes
  • 20 oreos
  • 20 butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup candy corn

 

 

 

Snack Mix

This five minute mix will make the party rumble. Enjoy this sweet and salty with your family and friends for a grateful evening. All you have to do is mix! Mix all your snacks into a big party bowl and ta-da it’s snack time!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bugles
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup salted peanuts or cashews or sunflower (or all of them)
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup craisins or raisins (or both)
