Student Council has done a tremendous job at trying to keep the Sahuaro heartbeat alive, encouraging students to participate in Spirit Week even through Zoom. But because we are online, it is significantly harder to get your message across to the entire student body, resulting in a drastic lack of participation. The overwhelming majority would rather just roll out of bed at 8:05 am then wake up an hour early to put on outfits that no one will see through the computer screen. However, it has not gone unnoticed the strenuous effort Student Council has gone to, and will continue to go to make this 20-21 school year as enjoyable and normal as possible.
