Q: Who are you?

A: I am Alyssa Gonzales, and I’m  14 years old. I’m a freshman here at Sahuaro High School. I am very polite, I care for others, and I make sure everyone feels good about themselves.

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: I play softball, sleep, I listen to music most of the time, and I go on long walks.

Q: Where are you from?

A: I’m from New Mexico, and I’ve lived there since 2006. I moved to Tucson in 2016 and I love it here. The weather is different than what I’m used to but I enjoy it.

Q: What are your thought so far on Sahuaro High School?

A: I love it here. The students are nice, but some of them need to fix their attitudes and quit the drama. I personally don’t have much of an input on the school itself, but maybe get the lockers cleaned up.

Q: What is something you are most looking forward to in high school?

A: I’m really looking forward to getting better grades and meeting some new people, so I can make the best of this year.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?

A: I see myself in a hard-working job that pays a good amount, living with a great family, married to a nice husband, hanging out with my friends on the weekends, and going on vacations.

Q: What’re you currently struggling with?

A: Mostly just getting my grades to all A’s, finding myself, trying to survive high school by avoiding drama, and getting assignments completed.
