Have you ever thought of doing daily exercises for your health? Many people might not exercise every day because it’s hard or they just don’t want to, but some exercises can help with your health. Doing exercise daily is very important for not just your physical health but also your well-being (mental health). Some people might think otherwise, but exercise has a bunch of benefits.

If you were to take a 30min-1hour walk/jog every day after school you would see benefits from this. If you keep a steady diet you could lose weight after a while. Your bones and muscles will get stronger and you could improve your muscle endurance. After a while, you could see that your energy and stamina have increased a lot from just walking every day. While you are out walking you could enjoy nature and take a break at a park or somewhere else getting fresh air can also help with mental health. From walking you can, “Manage and prevent some diseases like arthritis, heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and 8 types of cancer, including breast and colon cancer”

There are a bunch of different ways to stay in shape and stay healthy. Lunges, squats, push-ups, and pull-ups are just some of the exercises that you can do. A gym is also a very good way to get access to workout equipment because they have everything there. Squats are a very good way to strengthen your legs. The lower body is also a very important part to work out, squats can help decrease the risk of injury. Squats help build muscle in the hip muscles, calves, hamstrings, and obliques.
