​Here at Sahuaro, Senior Sunrise is a tradition that takes place on the football field at the beginning of the school year—dedicated for the senior class only. On September 18th, the event took place at 5:30 am to celebrate Class of 2022’s one-of-the-very-few-last-moments-together with childhood friends. Though the majority of seniors would have to wake up around five a.m., it was an opportunity for the class to bond over donuts, orange juice, and Tucson’s beautiful sunrise.
