On March 29th, Sahuaro held its Future Freshman Night where incoming freshmen were introduced to the different classes, clubs, and sports that Sahuaro has to offer through a presentation in the auditorium. Most of the classes that were talked about were the AP and dual enrollment classes, but some of the elective classes were also given the spotlight such as the Journalism class. After the presentation families went to the gymnasium where there were a bunch of booths set up to advertise different elective classes like choir, band, and drama. During the event, we asked some incoming freshmen and their parents what they are looking for in a high school and what they want in a high school for their children respectively. Here are some of their responses.
